Destres Company SRL has adopted the following return rules that it wishes to bring to the attention of the consumer, they being in accordance with the legislation in force at the date of their drafting, and may undergo subsequent modifications depending on legislative changes/amendments and our company policy. Our company updates these policies by mentioning on the site the date of the last update, which is why we recommend that you analyze these aspects at each interaction on our site.
Destres Company SRL only has an online store and the right of return in online sales is regulated by GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals. In this emergency ordinance, the right of return is called the "right of withdrawal", since, from a legal point of view, it is considered that the consumer withdraws from the distance contract concluded with the professional.
Regarding the goods purchased from our website, we inform you that their return can be made within 14 days , starting with the day " on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enters into physical possession of the goods". As provided for in art. 24 of OG 34/2014 on consumer rights in the case of contracts concluded with professionals: all terms are interpreted as terms expressed in calendar days . If a term expressed in days is calculated from the moment an event occurs or an act is performed, the day during which this event occurred or this act is performed is not taken into account when calculating the term . If the last day of the term is a non-working day, our company extends the term accordingly until the first working day.
To return the purchased goods, you have the option of completing the return formhere or by sending us an email to support@destreshop.com in which you inform us of your decision to cancel the order and provide us with the following information: your name , the good you wish to return, the date of order and the date of receipt of the good, the bank account where you wish to refund the amount if the payment was made cash on delivery.
To meet the 14-day return deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of return before the expiration of the 14-day period.
We would like to point out that it is not mandatory to specify your reasons for return , but we would like to mention that if you choose to do so, the reasons you provide help us improve the quality of the goods and services provided.
The consequences of your communication and our receipt of the return form or your return declaration sent by email:
You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your return form or return declaration email and we will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return the product or products. We will make this refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of refund or when the payment was made cash on delivery. In this case, you will have to indicate in the return form or in the return declaration email the bank account where you want the amounts to be refunded ; in any case, you will not be charged any commission as a result of such a refund.
Our company reserves the right to postpone the reimbursement until the date we receive the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Send the returned products to the address below , within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

If you decide to return the item(s) purchased from our website, we inform you that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The conditions that the returned goods must meet:
- Any purchased good to be eligible for return must be in the condition in which it was received, with all accessories and/or gifts and the original invoice . Our company accepts that in the event that the consumer decides to return part of the purchased goods, if he still keeps at least one good, then he also keeps the accessories and/or gifts received for the respective order.
- In the event that the goods are returned damaged, incomplete, show signs of wear or excessive use, or are in a different condition than they were delivered, our company reserves the right not to refund the value of the goods and the delivery cost, informing the consumer in this regard as soon as he receives the goods.
You should note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer when he or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. However, the risk is transferred to the consumer when the goods are delivered to the carrier, if the carrier has been instructed by the consumer to transport the goods, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier.
